LOVE UNARMED

THE COURAGE TO COME CLOSER

Less armour.
More connection.

See the patterns that keep you protected. And apart.

Meet your defences
THERE’S ANOTHER WAY ↓

BREAK THE PATTERNS. NOT THE PEOPLE.

You can put down the armour.
And still have boundaries.

Being unarmed doesn’t mean saying yes to everything. It means noticing when protecting yourself has become hiding yourself — and choosing what happens next.

You don’t have to win every argument.
You don’t have to disappear to keep the peace.
You get to be here, too.

01 / MEET YOUR DEFENCES

Good intentions.
Familiar trouble.

Most of us have a signature move.
Which one feels a little too familiar?

THE FAMILIAR LOOP

I feel unheard.
I try to prove I’m right.

The facts can matter, and the conversation can still lose the person inside them.

Try a different move ↓

02 / ONE SMALL OPENING

You don’t need
a new personality.
Just a new move.

No score. No label. Just something to try
the next time you notice the courtroom.

A MOMENT TO DISARM

Name one feeling before presenting another piece of evidence.

An invitation, never an obligation.

A FREE GUIDED REFLECTION

Same fight.
New move.

Take one familiar moment. Notice what you did. Choose what you’d like to try next.

No partner enrolment. No personality score.
Just a private place to work out your next step.

A FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

The familiar move

“I keep building a case
when I want to feel heard.”

A different choice

“I’ll say what hurt,
before listing the evidence.”

Leave with a plan you can save or print.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few things to know.

Do we both have to take part?

No. This starts with your own choices. It doesn’t make you responsible for fixing a relationship alone, or for someone else’s behaviour.

Is this a personality test or therapy?

Neither. The pattern names are everyday metaphors, not diagnoses. You choose what fits. The tool is an educational reflection, not a clinical assessment or a substitute for therapy.

Will you see what I write?

No. Your written reflections stay in this tab. Basic usage events and optional usefulness feedback help us understand whether the tool is being used. Read exactly what we collect.

What if being open doesn’t feel safe?

You do not owe anyone vulnerability or another conversation. Prioritise safety, distance and support where needed. Read about safety and boundaries.

What does it cost?

The current tool and pattern library are free, with no account or payment required. Any future paid experience will show its full price and contents before you buy.
